Meet Our CST Team Leader Aileen

Welcome to another spotlight on our awesome team! Today, we got Aileen!  Our Team Leader for Customer Service, gladly responding to your queries. 

What does a typical day look like for you at FLOWERHUB?

I check all chat and email - making sure to attend to them as soon as I can and looking after all loops to close. 

When you’re not working, what are you happiest doing? 

With this lockdown, I am mostly watching & listening to music so I have been on this BTS rabbit hole nowadays but also, I feel the happiest when I get to spend time with my loved ones, friends & churchmates. 

What do you enjoy most working at Flowerhub?

I am no flower expert but I am glad when I get a Hubhappy customer after assisting them. I really enjoy helping out. As well, eating with my colleagues.

Tell us a fun fact about you

I love to sing. I bought a guitar this pandemic season but I lack an effort to really learn. 

What’s your dream holiday?

The first thing that comes to mind is sitting on a beach, looking at the beautiful sky and the ultimate dream is to go to South Korea!

If you were a superhero what would your power be?

Healing power. 

What’s your favourite flower?

If I'm being honest, it changes every time, just like the seasons. For now, I'd say paeonies!
